A small Sydney team that believes great care is consistent care.
Why we started
ComfortNest exists because we kept hearing the same story: families trying to keep a parent at home, frustrated by carers who showed up briefly, rushed, and rarely the same person twice. Care should feel personal. We set out to build a small team that does it differently.

What we believe
- Consistency over rotation. Two or three regular carers per client — not a different face every visit.
- Listen first. Every plan begins with a free home visit and a real conversation.
- Dignity is the baseline. Always. In everything.
- Honest pricing. No hidden fees, no minimum lock-ins, no pressure.
- Family communication. You’ll always know what happened today, and who is coming tomorrow.
Where we serve
We’re based in Sydney and currently serve clients across metro Sydney — Inner West, Eastern Suburbs, North Shore, Hills District, Northern Beaches, and Sutherland Shire. Not sure if we cover your area? Just ask.
Our carers
Every ComfortNest carer is reference-checked, police-cleared, first-aid trained, and chosen as much for warmth as for credentials. Many have years of experience in aged or dementia care. We pay our team fairly because the work matters.
